The team si composed of four persons. We are able to propose a large panel of estate : old houses, lands to build, new houses. As an exclusive correspondant of Latitudes (most important agent working in France), the sellers will take advantage of foreign customers in addition to french customers.
RENTING

Our local establishement enables us to propose you numerous quality products in renting, also in commercial, professional subject and housing.
RENTAL MANAGEMENT

Member of the FNAIM, we offer you some financial guarantees of quality. It enables us to propose you a guarantee of the outstanding rents and an insurance against the real estate deterioration.

MANAGING AGENT

The managing agent represents the co-ownership for all legal actions and executes the decisions taken by the owners meeting. He also draws up the estimate budget of the co-ownership and manages its accounts.

Louis-Charles BAC is one of the 4 experts authorized FNAIM in the Aude department .

The Expert role
